PREVU is designed to make a haircut decision easier, not to build a photo library. This page explains what happens to your information when you use the service.

Your photos

Photos submitted for a preview are transiently processed by OpenAI to create that preview. PREVU does not store the uploaded photos, masks, or generated preview images. PREVU does not use them to train its own models. OpenAI processes submitted content under its applicable service terms and data controls; PREVU does not claim that OpenAI never uses data for training in every circumstance.

Account and shop information

We keep the information needed to operate your account and shop, such as your name, email address, role, shop membership, credit balance, access status, and billing references. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, not readable text. PREVU does not store payment card details. Payments are completed on Stripe-hosted Payment Link pages.

Cookies

PREVU uses a necessary, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in and protect authenticated pages. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies, so there is no analytics or advertising cookie banner.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers needed to run PREVU, including OpenAI for preview processing and infrastructure providers for account operations, and Stripe for payment processing. Account and transaction records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting PREVU through the contact details provided by your shop or on the service. Some billing or legal records may need to be retained.
