By creating an account or using PREVU, you agree to these terms. If you use PREVU for a shop, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that shop.

What PREVU provides

PREVU creates visual haircut previews to support a conversation between a barber and client. A preview is an AI-generated illustration, not a promise of the exact result a haircut will produce. Professional judgment and a clear consultation still matter.

Photos and permission

Only submit photos you are allowed to use. You keep your rights in your photos and give PREVU the limited permission needed to process them and return a preview. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

Your account

Keep sign-in details private and make sure account information is accurate. Shop owners are responsible for team members they invite. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Plans and payment

Current prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payments are completed through Stripe-hosted Payment Links. Until automatic payment syncing is added, PREVU activates paid access manually after payment. Credits and access are tied to the shop account and have no cash value.

Fair use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected parts of PREVU, or use previews to deceive or harm someone. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, PREVU, or its providers.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep PREVU useful and available, but the service may sometimes change, fail, or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, PREVU is provided “as is” and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as PREVU develops. Material changes will be made available through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
